Job Description
The Facilities Site Lead serves as the on-site Facilities representative for Cajun Industries’ Houston campuses, maintaining safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities through hands-on maintenance, vendor coordination, and oversight of small projects and site improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance or building operations
- Experience coordinating vendors or managing small facility projects
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Ability to work independently while representing the Facilities department
- Strong communication and organizational skills
