The Human Resources Generalist performs a broad range of human resources responsibilities supporting all employees across the organization, with primary focus in employee relations, employment compliance, HR reporting and analytics, and policy and program administration.
Requirements
- Serve as a resource to receive, review, and address employee concerns and complaints
- Document employee relations matters and maintain accurate records
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers regarding HR policies
- Monitor disciplinary actions and separations to ensure consistency and compliance
- Ensure employment practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Track and analyze employee relations activity, turnover trends, and exit interview data
- Prepare periodic HR reports and summaries for HR leadership and management
- Support HR leadership in gathering and organizing information needed for HR initiatives, compliance reviews, and internal reporting
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and maintain documentation of feedback
- Support the administration of employee feedback initiatives such as stay interviews or other employee engagement efforts
- Assist in the development, review, updating, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
