Lead House Parent - Housing Provided

The Lead House Parent will provide direct care services and create a home-like environment for children in need at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, a nonprofit child and family service organization.

Requirements

• Live in assigned cottage and care for up to eight children
• Teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and counseling to residents
• Participate in educational and recreational activities with youth
• Ensure children's physical needs are met
• Help children build self-esteem and gain skills
