Lead House Parent - Relocation Assistance Provided

Lead House Parent is responsible for providing direct care services and creating a home-like environment for children in need, teaching and leading cottage rules and daily routines, and helping children build self-esteem and gain skills to overcome difficult situations.

Requirements

• Live in assigned cottage and help care for up to 8 children
• Teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and counseling to residents
• Participate in educational and recreational activities with youth
• Ensure physical needs of children are met
• Act as a positive role model to youth by demonstrating appropriate behaviors and attitudes towards others
