Manager, Downstream Marketing

Cala is seeking a motivated and experienced Downstream Marketing Manager to join their growing Commercial team and help scale their business. The role focuses on marketing communications, content management, and event management, and is ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute details flawlessly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience; preferably in medical device
• Experience supporting product launches and commercial execution in high-growth environments
• Strong project management capability
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Must be proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Business tools
• Experience with an email marketing platform such as HubSpot highly preferred
• Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and promotional guidelines within medical devices
