Cala Health is seeking a Manager, People Operations to oversee the execution and continuous improvement of core People programs, ensuring scalable and efficient workflows that support company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR / People Operations experience
• Experience administering 401(k) plans and working knowledge of US employment laws
• Experience in medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries is a plus
