Job Description
Assist FAEs with customer integrations of telematics devices into vehicles and equipment, support configuration and testing of telematics hardware, and participate in device testing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Assist FAEs with customer integrations of telematics devices into vehicles and equipment
- Support configuration and testing of telematics hardware
- Participate in device testing and help troubleshoot field issues related to device installation, firmware, or connectivity
- Assist in creating technical documentation on new features
