Job Description
Leads plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance while ensuring EHS, quality, and timelines. Skilled in handling presses, kilns, mixers, and utilities. Manages projects, spares, audits, and cross-functional coordination with strong SAP and AutoCAD knowledge.
Requirements
- Following, respecting & establishing all EHS standards, guidelines & protocols in workplace
- Manpower and other resources management
- Preventive Maintenance of equipment's as per PM plan
- Ensuring the inspection & plant maintenance is being executed using proper techniques.
- Ensuring adherence to planned cost & timeline.
- Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Ensuring jobs are executed in safely as per company protocols & with required quality.
- Basic knowledge on mechanical equipment.
- Experience on plant maintenance both preventive and predictive.
- Experience of spare parts management.
- Perseverant, results/action oriented
- Able to create value
- Well-organized, able to handle multiple priorities and flexible.
- Excellent communication, able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations
- Ability to lead and deal with senior managers across organization
- Good management skill-Computer literate with advanced level in MS Excel and Power-point
