Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer position is a key role in the success of Calderys, requiring expertise in refractory technologies, metallurgy, and ceramics. The role involves identifying customer technical needs, developing technical concepts, and providing support for product development and sales teams.

Requirements

• Expertise or knowledge in refractory technologies, in the field of iron or steelmaking
• University degree in metallurgy, ceramics or similar engineering or technical education
• 1 year of experience in refractory industry or iron making industry
• French (fluent, written, spoken) / English (fluent, written and spoken)
• Analytical skills, good listener, excellent communication skills
• Team player, able to work under pressure, switch priorities, and experience in a multicultural environment
