We're looking for a Staff Product Designer for our Growth team, with an opportunity to drive the strategy on increasing overall customer engagement across a growing suite of interconnected Calendly products. As a key team member, you’ll be shaping the user experience for millions of users, designing simple and intuitive experiences that improve our users' day-to-day work.
Requirements
- 8+ years building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies
- 4+ years as a user-oriented growth leader with experience partnering tightly with Product partners to build experiences that drive growth while remaining user-focused
- Strong instincts around driving discovery, activation, and adoption of new products
- An expert understanding of the levers that balance business goals, team processes, and user needs
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, experiments of varying complexity and their impact on system-level solutions, and measurable impact on both customer experience and business outcomes
- Exceptional design storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence product direction and tradeoff decisions with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
- A track record of acting as a trusted design leader, mentoring designers, improving processes, and elevating design quality across teams
