Job Description
As a Full-Time Sales Lead at Famous Footwear, you will inspire a culture of caring and camaraderie, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service while taking pride in your execution and love of shoes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
- Previous experience being on a team and motivating others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills
