Job Description
The Team Lead - Breakthrough position is a full-time in-person role at The Calgary John Howard Society, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Breakthrough Team, which intervenes with youth at high risk of developing long-term dependency on Income Support through employment programming. The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting vulnerable individuals and demonstrated experience supervising support staff.
