Event Equipment Operator - Casual Part Time

The Calgary Stampede is a not-for-profit community organization that preserves and promotes our western heritage, cultures and community spirit with a vision to create a world-class, year-round gathering place for the community.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer services to internal and external customers.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
• Assist with heavy manual tasks involved in event set-up and tear-out and report concerns and challenges to Venue Services supervisor for follow-up.
• Operate motorized vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental programs and report concerns, challenges and offer input to Venue Services supervisor for follow-up.
• Train, orient, monitor and motivate staff, as required.
• Perform all duties of venue services attendant, as required.
