Exhibitor Concierge - Casual Part Time

The Exhibitor Concierge is the front-line ambassador for our exhibitors, delivering a premium, personalized service from the moment they arrive on site. This role is highly visible on the show floor, acting as the first point of contact for exhibitor needs, problem solving, and ensuring smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, event operations, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of event procedures and venue operations is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling payments and providing sales-based recommendations.
