Steward/Dishwasher - Seasonal

The Steward/Dishwasher provides an entry level support for the Food and Beverage division. This role is a vital position to ensuring all assets of the Food and Beverage department are maintained and cleaned. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, cleaning floors, removing waste, and replenishing consumable assets.

Requirements

• Clean and Sanitize all equipment, glassware, china, cutlery, pots and pans
• Clean floors in kitchen, coffee room and ice room
• Remove waste, composting and recycling
• Deliver the event assets to required venue
• Replenish consumable asset as required during an event
• Perform Physical inventory counts of consumable and non-consumable products
• Maintain the assets through repairs, replacement and key measures to prevent theft
