Collision General Manager

The Collision General Manager will perform all-purpose duties, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. They will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, and ensure teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a high school degree
