Collision General Manager

We are seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the overall operation of our center, including risk management, teammate development, and client metrics. The successful candidate will ensure that our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
• 21 years of age or older
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable customer service
• Ability to do consistent physical activity
