Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to provide extraordinary customer service, monitor work volume, and recommend load level requests. The role involves coordinating with Rental Car/Tow companies and maintaining knowledge of insurance partner requirements. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
