Customer Service Representative to perform duties such as greeting and providing extraordinary customer service, monitoring work volume and recommending load level requests, and coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
