Requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of workforce solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track client metrics, monitor performance KPIs, and escalate issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services within assigned accounts
