Channel Relations Manager

We are seeking a Channel Relations Manager to build, manage, and expand relationships with external channel partners to drive sales and growth of real estate developments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or brokerage interface preferably within real estate development or property sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of real estate sales processes, off-plan and ready properties, payment plans, and property documentation.
• Ability to train, guide, and support external partners and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple partners, deals, and data simultaneously.
• Proficient in reporting, CRM or partner-management tools, and sales tracking.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a dynamic real estate sales environment.
