Job Description
Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and leading on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in civil construction supervision, preferably within the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools
