Job Description
Compliance Certification Coordinator - Game Testing & Lab Liaison: responsible for end-to-end certification pipeline, ensuring games meet technical standards for each target license. Must have 5+ years of experience in iGaming compliance, with at least 3 focused on laboratory certification.
Requirements
- 5+ years in iGaming or land-based gaming compliance, with at least 3 focused on laboratory certification
- Proven track record of securing approvals in multiple major jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, UKGC, NJ DGE, AGCO, PAGCOR)
- Deep familiarity with GLI/BMM/iTech standards, RNG and RTP testing, PCI DSS basics, ISO/IEC 17025 methodology
- Strong project-management discipline: can run 10+ concurrent submissions without deadline slips
- Excellent document control and technical writing; zero-defect mindset
- Confident negotiator and communicator comfortable pushing back on labs or internal teams to protect compliance
- Fluent English; additional language relevant to target markets is a plus
