Job Description
Assist in managing the recruitment process, provide administrative support for HR functions, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a multi-company environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and external partners
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
