Job Description
Develop and execute IT strategy, oversee Fintech applications, ensure cybersecurity and compliance, and lead IT teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a Fintech company in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of banking APIs, payment gateways, blockchain, and digital wallets
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting, and large-scale technology projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
