Job Description
A real estate company based in Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining organized filing systems, handling phone calls and emails, and assisting with listing properties on portals.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate portals and UAE documentation processes is an advantage
