Receptionist

We are looking for a well-presented, friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organisation. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for visitors and clients, handling front-office administration, managing communications and supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately, take accurate messages and manage call-handling processes.
• Maintain the reception area ensuring it is neat, tidy, presentable and aligned with the organisations brand standards.
• Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges (if applicable), and coordinate meeting-room bookings and arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries; distribute to appropriate recipients in the office.
• Maintain and restock reception supplies and office stationery; monitor inventory and raise requisitions when needed.
• Assist with general administrative support: filing, data-entry, scanning, printing, photocopying, document preparation and maintaining office records.
• Coordinate meeting room setups including audio-visual, catering (if required), refreshments and room logistics.
• Liaise with facilities/maintenance and security teams to ensure reception area and office common areas are safe, secure and operational.
• Support other departments and team members with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.
