Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and technical delivery of real-estate development and construction projects from concept through to hand-over.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8-12 years experience in architectural design and project delivery within the real-estate development or construction sector (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong technical skills: proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, 3D modelling, drawings production, design specification and detailing
- Expertise in UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks, building codes, authority submission processes and construction contract documents
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
- Commercially aware: understands cost implications, schedule constraints, value engineering and design-for-construction principles
