Job Description
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil and building works, with a focus on multi-storey buildings. Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to gather pricing and cost information. Prepare and maintain accurate cost databases and cost models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction cost management and quantity surveying principles
