Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities, ensure technical compliance, coordinate with contractors, and support the successful execution of development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 36 years of experience as a Site Engineer within construction or real estate development
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering drawings
- Experience managing contractors and supervising site activities
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and site management practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
