Vice President of Development

The Vice President, Development is responsible for advancing and executing a multi-hundred-megawatt portfolio of energy projects, leading a development team, and driving rapid advancement through due diligence, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in energy project development and leadership
• Proven track record of enabling project development teams to deliver successful and bankable Behind the Meter (BTM) projects
• Direct experience in diverse technology stacks such as Solar, Battery Storage, Microgrids and CHP
• Clear track record of leading key late-stage development activities and guiding multiple projects to NTP
• Executive presence with experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Proven experience managing key client relationships such as Fortune 100 customers and Data Centers
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of financial modeling and project economics
