Job Description
Responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and interacting with visitors and management in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Efficiently operate and perform changeovers on all packaging equipment
- Maintain established OEE standards
- Complete daily production logs and required documentation
- Perform routine cleaning and maintain an organized production area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
- Communicate operational issues with Plant Leadership
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow GMP, HACCP, LOTO, Food Safety, and company SOP requirements
- Support and promote safe working conditions for employees and visitors
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, visitors, and management
