Responsible for managing a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with customers, including recommending loans for approval, managing credit quality, and cross-selling bank products and services.
Requirements
- Retain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Prospect for and close new business relationships with partnership with Relationship Managers
- Grow net revenue year over year as directed by Senior Management
- Provide training/coaching to Credit Analysts as assigned
- Manage credit quality and structure, underwrite and recommend new and existing relationships
- Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments
- Manage overall customer and regional credit underwriting strategies
- Participate in community and CRA activities
- Actively ensure compliance with Company's Code of Ethics and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements
