The Relationship Manager role requires strong portfolio management and business development skills to provide comprehensive banking solutions to commercial real estate investor clients. This position involves ongoing oversight and risk assessment of credit facilities and requires the ability to dialogue with and provide financial counsel to current and prospective clients.
Requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Accurate word processing and computer database skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Firm understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and banking operations and regulations
- Strong analytical ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent related experience
- Five (5) years of experience in commercial and/or real estate lending
- Knowledge and/or experience in commercial loans underwriting
