Relationship Manager

Responsible for managing overall loan and deposit relationships with customers, growing revenues, and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Retain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Prospect and close new business relationships
• Grow net revenue year after year
• Recommend client risk rating and manage credit quality
• Develop and implement an effective calling program for existing customers
• Manage customer relationships and introduce product specialists as needed
• Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments
• Manage overall customer profitability
• Develop and implement relationship strategies for cross-selling bank products and services
