Policy Developer (Hybrid)

The California Independent System Operator (ISO) is seeking a Policy Developer to participate in the development of market changes to achieve a low carbon electric system. The Policy Developer will work on shaping policy development in areas such as enhancing ISO markets, decarbonization, and customer adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business or related field
• 2+ years of related experience in policy analysis, regulatory processes, and project management
• Prior experience working with teams, stakeholder groups, and high-level communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
