Job Description
The California Independent System Operator (ISO) is seeking a Principal, Energy Market Policy to provide expertise and support to the division, executives, and leadership on energy market design and issues. The successful candidate will engage with regulatory entities, customers, and regional partners on matters related to energy market evolution and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- 10+ years related experience, including 5+ years at senior advisor or manager level
- Extensive experience in market policy development in the energy sector
- In-depth knowledge of electricity market design and performance
