True Environmental, a premier environmental and engineering services consulting firm, is seeking a Power & Utilities Market Leader for the Western United States. The successful candidate will develop, oversee, and manage complex environmental engineering and remediation projects for key utility clients.

Requirements

• Develop new projects and clients, along with client and program management, and create new business development initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities with new clients.
• Assist in staff recruitment, supervise, and mentor project staff and provide technical guidance and support.
• Lead key pursuit efforts.
• Prepare, review and present proposals, budgets, contracts, permits and technical reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external team members.
• Provide professional oversight services and technical support.
• Liaise with and manage strategic partnerships across major California energy providers.
