Matrix New World Engineering is seeking a Port and Terminal National Market Lead to drive business development and project execution across North America. The role requires a senior business development leader to own a market, hire a team, add new services, and shape strategy.
Requirements
- 12-20+ years in the AEC sector with ports/terminals BD leadership
- Deep relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, bulk cargo/energy, marine contractors, and consultant ecosystems in priority regions
- Fluency in integrated services across structural, geotechnical, coastal, permitting, dredging, planning, and asset management
- Working knowledge of port decarbonization market and terminal operations
- Bachelor's in engineering or related field
