401k Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst position will provide technical and analytical support to the Benefits Department in the delivery and accounting of company-sponsored retirement plans. This position will have oversight of and responsibility to support the Company’s benefits accounting functions and ensure benefits compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Audit and reconcile plan enrollment and termination data.
• Audit and reconcile deductions and contributions in CostPoint.
• Prepare and/or audit check requests to be submitted to Accounts Payable for detail accuracy per A/P processes.
• Develop and maintain workflows on processes and procedures for benefits HRIS.
• Provide backup to other Benefit Department staff members.
• Provide assistance to update and maintain benefit records and other documents in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
