Senior Product Manager – Intelligent Access

The company is at the forefront of a once in a generational change in the broadband industry, and they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help innovate, help customers reach their potential, and connect underserved communities with unrivaled digital experiences.

Requirements

• Define and execute the product vision for E9 and E3 systems, aligning with Calix’s Intelligent Access EDGE strategy
• Lead product lifecycle activities ranging from product concept to end of life
• Define and monitor key business metrics for E9 and E3 systems
• Lead cross-functional planning for interoperability across ONTs, PON variants, and third-party vendor systems
• Collaborate with Product Line Leadership, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to articulate detailed product requirements and use cases
• Drive OMCI and ONT interoperability testing and resolution
• Coordinate with labs and field teams to validate third-party ONT behavior and ensure compliance with Calix standards
• Support strategic customer proposals by translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
• Represent Calix in customer meetings, RFP responses, and interoperability forums
• Partner with hardware and software engineering to guide architecture decisions and resolve field issues
• Work with marketing and sales to position E9/E3 capabilities effectively in competitive contexts
