At Call Your Mother, we're looking for a General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and maintain high operational standards in our Denver location. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, a passion for the guest experience, and a positive can-do attitude.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Good understanding of P&L, COGS, decision making, process improvement, labor/scheduling, training & team development, food quality standards
- ServeSafe Manager's Food Safety Certification
- Hospitality-oriented and passion for the guest experience
- Hands-on managing style and willingness to lead by example
- Initiative, proactive, and ability to think of the big picture
- High-energy, positive can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Kind and respectful treatment of others
- Team player and willingness to help others
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Clear and efficient communication
- Proven coaching and leadership skills for a diverse staff
