DIRECTOR OF PRACTICE ANALYTICS

Callen-Lorde is seeking a Director of Practice Analytics to provide strategic and operational leadership for data-driven practice management and forecasting. The Director will partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve access, optimize performance, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Business, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, practice management, or operational analytics with at least 5 years of supervisory, management, or related leadership experience.
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analytics platform.
