Design Systems Designer

CallRail is looking for a Design Systems Designer to build, maintain, and document components while ensuring consistent usage across web and mobile. The role focuses on translating system standards into scalable, usable outputs.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and maintaining components in Figma
• High attention to detail and consistency in visual and interaction design
• Comfortable working within established systems and applying standards accurately
• Ability to take defined patterns and execute them cleanly and thoroughly
• Collaborative and responsive when working with designers and engineers
• ~2–5 years of experience in product design or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Experience working with component-based design systems or design libraries
• Familiarity with developer handoff or front-end constraints
