Plant Manager

Calpine Corporation is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a single plant facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing human resources, setting maintenance schedules, and implementing equipment modifications and plant improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Previous work leadership experience
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
• Minimum of 10+ years experience with electrical generation power plants
