Plant Manager

Calpine is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a single plant facility, responsible for managing a team of employees and overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the facility, including accountability for regulatory compliance with local, State, and Federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Previous work leadership experience
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
• Minimum of 10+ years with a detailed understanding of electrical generation power plants
