Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation within the Purina Turlock, CA facility, managing the daily activities of the plant, and ensuring proper execution of tasks associated with human safety, product quality, and plant operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills and strategic planning skills
• Strong customer relations skills in working with both internal and external customers
• Proven and demonstrated project management capabilities and the ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies
