Aggregate Operations Foreman

The Aggregate Operations Foreman is responsible for leading daily plant operations, including safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance. This role involves repairing/maintaining plant equipment, ordering supplies, reporting on production, and ensuring efficient and compliant operations. They also manage material quality and inventory.

Requirements

• Maintain proper material quality and inventory levels to meet demand
• Performs plant maintenance
• Operates loaders, excavators, haul trucks, skid steers and bull dozers
• Accurately completes and maintains reports and compliance records
