Ready Mix Driver

The Ready-Mix Driver will be responsible for transporting freshly mixed concrete from the batch plant to the job site in a safe manner, making normal operating adjustments to the equipment and material being hauled, and providing great customer service skills.

Requirements

• Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Deliver ready-mix concrete to various job sites
• Operate a multi-axle mixer truck safely, obeying all traffic laws
• Clean and wash vehicle to include the removal of concrete buildup on all exterior parts of the mixer
• Must be willing to work according to customer demands
• Operate a radio to communicate with company personnel
• Adhere to all safety regulations including company policies, state, and federal regulations
• Responsible for reporting all incidents/injuries to management as soon as they occur
• Attend safety meetings as scheduled by management
