Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• At least one year in customer service or previous experience in an order management position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Data entry experience in ERP systems is preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
